About This Print Provider

Please note: Due to covid-19, orders will take longer to get to you than expected.
please allow 3-4 weeks to be manufactured, and also note that some countries are holding inbound mail for QUARANTINE periods of up to a month before delivery. There is nothing we can do about this, sorry.

This is printed on demand for us via a new company Kouya is working with personally. They will be shipped direct to you from the manufacturer. This is all original artwork, as is the work to design the product, and they are just helping us to print our artists work onto a physical product for you.

These items are manufactured in and shipped direct from China. If this is a problem for you, I completely understand. We have ordered samples from them to check their quality, and Kouya is in regular contact with the producers to be sure that the quality is there. However, we prefer you to know exactly where your pieces are coming from before ordering 🙂 If you have any issues with your product, let us know and we’ll get it sorted as fast as possible.
